ORIGIN

Fed by the Nile

The fields are located in southern Egypt, far from cities and industry, so the soil and water stay clean. The river and Lake Nasser keep them watered, and the long sunny days let the crop grow well in every season. The result is hay with strong color and good feeding value.

From field to bale

Grow in every season

We harvest Alfalfa in the warm months and Berseem in the cool ones, so the fields keep producing all year.

Harvest with care

We cut at early flowering, when the leaves are full and the feeding value is at its best.

Dry in the sun

The cut crop dries in the open Egyptian sun. This keeps the leaves and the color, and it needs no fuel or machines.

Press and ship

We press the dry hay into clean, firm bales, handle it as little as we can, then store it and send it out.

Who it feeds

Dairy cattle feeding on hay

Dairy cattle

Protein and calcium help with steady milk and a healthy herd.

A sheep with her lamb in a rocky pasture

Calves & sheep

Good fiber keeps the gut working and helps young animals put on weight.

Horses grazing on hay bales in a sunny pasture

Horses

Clean, leafy hay that suits both working horses and sport horses.

Camels in a desert environment

Camels

Good feed for racing and breeding camels across the Gulf.

Better for the land

Feeds the soil

The crop pulls nitrogen from the air and feeds it back into the soil. The land stays rich and we add little fertilizer.

Helps local wildlife

When it flowers, it brings in bees and birds. That supports local wildlife and lets nearby beekeepers make honey.

Local and self-sufficient

The land gives the water, the sun does the drying, and the crop feeds itself. Very little comes in from outside.
